- Shipping & Delivery
- Please, review carefully your shipping and billing address. Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point within 4-5 business days on standard orders and 5-6 business days on custom orders. Most products are shipped from a factory in Georgia directly to your location. The most popular products are kept on hand in our plants in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
- Sales Tax
- All orders are subject to federal, state and local shipping and tax regulations. Purchaser is responsible for any sales tax due with the exception of MN and WI residents who will be charged MN and WI tax respectively.
- Warranties
- Huebsch Services draws on decades of experience when selecting the highest quality commercial matting products. We believe in providing you with the best and will replace any mat for defects in manufacturing within 15 days of product delivery.
- Return Policy
- We understand that ordering online might make it difficult to match your colors and space perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive you may return a standard mat for any reason if in new condition. Send us an email to websales@huebsch-services.com stating the reason (it helps us improve our services) and we will send you a Return Authorization Number with shipping instructions. Product must be returned with pre-paid shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Logo mats cannot be returned as they are manufactured directly to your specification. Please make sure you carefully review the color, size and logo specifications before ordering a customized mat.
